In a world where everything seems to be transitioning from wired to wireless, why should your home security system be any different? Its no secret that burglars often scoff at our pathetic attempts to secure our property. Wired alarms systems simply do not cut it in this modern age.

As technology progresses it brings solutions to our problems with it. The problem of a weak an inefficient alarm system has been solved with the advent of the Wireless Burglar Alarm System.

The following is a list of 8 reasons bad guys hate these new systems:

The effectiveness of the system is consistent throughout your home.

It is very easy to install. You don’t have to go through the trouble of pulling wire all through your house. If you can setup a wireless router then you can also setup a wireless alarm system.

The system is very cheap. In fact, you can get one for around $100. Now who wouldn’t spend that kind of money to protect their family? Things are not looking so good for would be burglars, and we are not even half way through the list.

Since you will be doing the installation yourself, you also save lots of money in this area. Would you rather pay some guy to walk through your home and plug a little box in? Alternatively you could just do the same thing and save hundreds.

A wireless alarm system also comes with an auto dialing feature. This feature basically alerts your close friends and family in case there is a break in.

With a normal wired system all the burglar has to do is cut a single wire from the outside to render your security system useless! How idiotic is this? Of course, the burglar is not able to do this with a wireless system.

Another advantage to a wireless system is that it is less complex when compared to a wired system. This means that the average Joe or Jane can install it. It also means that it rarely needs any outside assistance or maintenance, which also saves you money.

Yet another advantage to a wireless burglar alarm system is its low power consumption. Instead of sucking power of the grid all year long, your wireless system uses a pair of batteries. This also makes it very easy to transfer your system to your new home. Its looking pretty grim for burglars at this point.
